Another day another Juice




This morning juice was a success.Will be one I use again and again

Sweet N Tart Citrus

3 cups Cranberries
2  x 2” pieces Ginger
3 Oranges
2 small Ruby Red Grapefruit
2 Limes

Calories: 500
Protein: 7 g
Fiber: 9 g




It was very yummy and is definitely a morning juice.  I Felt full of energy and  it got me through till noon easily.

If anyone has any recipes that they can suggest please post thanks
